INTRODUCTION
Hello, do you remember when a few years ago, on his TV network RAI broadcast a time signal? That was probably one of the most anticipated moments of the day. Indeed, in those days were many people in front of that beautiful monoscope reproducing an analog clock, trying to synchronize their watches expertise. We also recall that when the crevice tool of seconds spent on the 54th second, also started the sound transmission of five tones of short duration, one per second. Then a second break at the 59th second, and finally the last tone that came exactly at the end of 60 seconds, scoring the beginning of the next minute.
