Programmable frequency for the TS-830M
Hi, This frequency is designed to be inserted in place of the TS-830 player, but can also work alone and with some little ingenuity on other amateur radio equipment.
Introduction
Unfortunately, after 20 years of perfect operation on my TS-830M system has failed the card "COUNTER UNIT," appointed to read the frequency. After a brief survey of the wiring diagram in hand, it soon became clear that the problem was that the integrity Q5 TC5070P, responsible for carrying out the measure of frequency and represent the value on the display.
