The Microsales is a center that provides training services (Training Service Provider) specializing in the Information and Communication Technology. Besides being a certified authorized training center and provides educational services to companies and training centers.

The experience gained in 17 years of management and organization of courses of Computer Science has pushed the Microsales to select the type of activity that takes place, focusing solely on quality courses to ensure the participant to achieve a good preparation. Precisely for this reason it has addressed all the training courses in performing intended to obtain an international certification.

The company is an authorized to issue the certificates Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS), Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Adobe Certified Associate (ACA), PHP MySQL Developer Fundamentals on Environment, Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3), IC Digital Administration Code (DAC IC), IC HEALTH and CompTIA Strata.

It was the first company in Italy to be part of the network of Center MEC (Multibrand Education and Certification Center). The MEC Center besides delivering certification exams, have implemented the delivery of courses offer classroom training on certification programs mentioned above. They have a set of minimum requirements in terms of human, structural and educational standards required of a high level of quality delivery of classroom training aimed at transferring skills and attainment of certifications.

The Sub-Distributor is Microsales local training programs and certification MEC Center, MOS, MCAS, MTA, ACA, PHP on MySQL, CompTIA Strata and IC3 on behalf of the national distributor Thesis Automation srl. Therefore has the task to activate and manage testing centers authorized to issue such certifications.

The company is also a Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller (AER) and is therefore authorized to sell Microsoft products to customers in the education sector who have the necessary requirements. It is also authorized dealer for the entire range of products AVG Antivirus for safety and protection.

The staff of the training is in possession of the certificates and licenses the world's most important: Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Office Master Instructor and Adobe Certified Associate.

The section's marketing agency has been mandated by Fastweb Italy for the resale of products and telephony services, fixed and mobile, Internet, fixed line and mobile, and television in partnership with SKY Italy.

The Microsales is located in Via Notarbartolo, 44 in Palermo, in the commercial center of the city, easily accessible and well connected with the main means of urban transport (metro, bus, etc..).

The Training

Education is the "Core Business" of the company, for this standard of quality that the company adopts are very high. In addition to providing induction training to the achievement of international certification , which guarantees the participant to achieve good learning outcomes, the methodology adopted reflects certain guidelines.

The teachers, who are in possession of appropriate licenses and certifications for teaching, adopt a specific methodology supported by modern teaching tools. During the lessons, the topics are illustrated with the help of slides and examples are supplied to participants in a cd-rom included in teaching materials.

The classes consist of a maximum of 6/7 participants, are equipped with necessary technology to carry out the lesson in the best way. The classroom is equipped with the latest generation of personal computers, video projectors, educational software, graphics tablets, wireless broadband internet etc. .. The classroom is air conditioned and follows safety rules and standards of the law.

All participants are also provided access to the media portal for the benefit of e-learning modules related to the training undertaken, so as to complement the classroom training including distance learning. The students, in fact, will resume the topics covered in the classroom by connecting to the portal where training exercises will also be conducted to verify the level of learning achieved.
